I was way, way overdue for inspection. Finding it really difficult to make the 8:00 am 'wait for' appointment, actually making it in at all, I was kindly and graciously given a last minute off time. I can't thank them enough for the little things Waterloo does as well as all the big things. All my service needs, large and small have been handled for many, many years at Waterloo. They are not only great mechanics, but are also great people people.
