The folks at Waterloo Motors Inc. are very good. First of all, they really know who we are. It's not like they just look us up in the system when we show up, it's personal. They always tell us what the problem is, how much it will cost, what the options are, etc. It's always a good experience and I never feel like they're trying to cheat me. You can really trust them.
