I hired Waterloo Motors to do regular maintenance for my vehicle, and it went quite well. They were professional and polite, and there were no problems, at all. I appreciated their efficiency, and would absolutely be willing to return. Everyone communicated well, with me, and nothing was confusing or surprising.
