I had several issues, the project manager called on a Friday to introduce his-self and said he would be there on Monday to oversee the project, he never showed up and the workers were waiting for him to help bring the tub in, they decided to bring the tub in without any additional help and damaged my front steps bringing the tub in the house. They also damaged my bathroom floor that was new and I had told them that the floor was new and I did not want it damaged. Not only did they crack the floor tiles but I noticed after the job was done that there is dry mortar on the floor. The tile in the shower was nicked when they installed the shower rod and there is a nick on the shower wall. The knobs on the vanity doors were not installed properly and are at different levels. My experience was a nightmare and I do recommend this company.
