Moving a piano from Chicago to Austin -- moving company in Chicago that was supposed to load the baby grand on the truck postponed by a whole day. Muscle Man Movers was so patient and flexible and showed up on time. Handled my Mother's piano like it was their Mother's piano. Seriously.
They even helped my son load his motorcycle back onto the back of the rental truck for the next leg of his trip --using their ramp. This was a 100F degree day. They still had another job to go to.
