So far we are pleased with S&D Remodeling and Glass. Sal provided a great service with professional communication. After we picked all our materials it took 8-10 days for them to get out to us. This was fine because Sal gave us a phone call to let us know when to expect the workers. He also called us the day before and gave us the time frame as to when the workers would arrive, they showed up on time.

ALL the workers were so courteous. We couldn't ask for more thoughtful people to come into our home and complete the work. Everyone was so pleasant, and it seems like they worked non-stop! I'm pretty sure they took small little breaks, but there was definitely no extended off-site breaks that slowed the work down. They have good men on their payroll!

We also appreciated the high quality of the products that were provided. We got really nice granite, carpet, marble flooring in the bathroom.

I would rate the service at 4.5. So far we have one problem with the shower valve, the water hasn't been working properly; there isn't much hot water coming out. We haven't called Sal just yet, but we're sure he'll take care of it, no problem!
