Custom Car Care has serviced my vehicles for about 6-7 years now. I'm a fleet customer, and they have serviced 3 company trucks, 2 personal cars, and my business partner's family car. What's great about them is their ability to prioritize situations and get things done.

If one of my money making trucks is down, I can call them and they do what they need to do to get it back. They'll assist me with a loaner vehicle, and there's even been an instance where he's given us his personal truck when the loaner wouldn't work. What they offer me, they offer all his customers. I don't see him treating me any differently than anyone else.
