The 3 jobs completed for me were done satisfactorily. Another one could not be done, and one was OK. This last one was a ceiling fan that was grinding and squeaking. The grinding has for the most part stopped and the squeaking is now sporadic, but lessened. This may very well be due to the age of the fan motor and not a deficiency of the serviceman - not sure.

The serviceman that came was very pleasant and respectful and had no problems except with the fan and was unable to get under my kitchen sink to fix that problem.

My main issue is the amount of time spent which I felt was stretched out about an hour too long. Much time was spent in between each task, casually entering stuff into a tablet. Given that jobs are costed based on time/materials, I feel that more attention should be paid to efficiency with just a little bit of "hustle" added. I understand that my needs for tasks done well in a reasonable amount of time might be at odds with the company's needs in a time-based operation and this is a factor I will have to consider for future jobs. The availability of a handyman for multiple small jobs is certainly a convenience to also consider.
