Called to remove heavy air conditioner encased in built-in shielding, insulation. Technician had necessary equipment and tools, including ladder. He removed air conditioner neatly with a minimum of mess and installed a replacement machine in the same space. He was pleasant and efficient. I will use the service again at need.
