Very disappointed
My husband is permanently disabled and I tried to purchase an overhead lift from this company to be installed in our new home. After calling them about 15 times over a three month period and getting switched back and fourth between their different locations, we have refused to buy their product because of their poor business conduct. I’m so very frustrated, I guess they don’t need or want my business. And to think they supposedly are there “to serve veterans”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
