Terry changed his schedule to make sure my wife had a stairlift the next day when she was discharged from the hospital PT.
Couldn't be more satisfied with the whole process from my initial call to completed project. Terry reconfigured my staircase so that I could use a straight lift versus a much pricier curved lift. Competitors simply said, "It can't be done". Terry made it happen and reworked his work schedule to make sure the lift was installed for my wife's next day discharge from the hospital.
No lunch break for this guy, worked all day until done!
