The whole process of using StairBusters was delightful. My husband was very sick so I was feeling overwhelmed. However, both the installation and the year later check-up visit went very smoothly. Making the appointments was easy and they were very understanding about my schedule as a full time worker. From the person who answered the phone to make the appointments, through the gentlemen who installed and took care of the stair lift, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The written material they gave me was clear and the cost to me was exactly what they had told me the cost would be.
