I tried everything available at the local hardware(s). I probably spent over $100 in 'solutions' that did not work. My wife said "call a plumber". She had barely spoken the words when she continued … "but do not call that group we dealt with last time, remember it took them 3 or 4 visits before the got everything done." I told her I would call Ferarri, we've had luck with them before.
Why did I not call them last time? I had not remembered their name. What a mistake that was!!
Wes came to my house on time and prepared to understand and diognose the problem. He told me what the problem seamed to be and how he would fix it. He "power - rotted" the drain, starting under the sink. He was right on the suggested approach The job was finished before his time estimate.
I now have Ferarri plumbing in the contact list. The formerly used plumber's entry has been updated to remind me, DO NOT USE, CALL FERARRI.
