This was my first time using Ferrari Plumbing and I was extremely satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Linda was very accommodating in coordinating the work around my work schedule, along with dealing with the village in getting the water supply shut down during normal business hours. This saved me additional fees charged by the village for turning the water supply off and on. Wes, the service rep who performed the actual work, arrived exactly on time and was very friendly. His workmanship was very professional, done promptly and the worksite was cleaned up as it was before the job.
