It was my first time using Ferrari Plumbing and their responsiveness is what impressed me the most. They responded the same day--within 24 hours--to put a new injector pump in the basement. The plumber was very knowledgeable, very sociable, and he seemed like a nice guy. He arrived on time and walked me through what was going on, and asked for my feedback.
