Prompt, knowledgeable service, and almost too thorough.
Ferrari Plumbing helped me with an emergency situation. They were very prompt, and actually helped me about half an hour after I made my call. Overall, the technician did a really good job fixing the problem.
A negative part of the experience, that I would note, is the technician was almost too thorough. He presented us with several scenarios--while water was pouring out of my water heater--instead of performing the best and quickest solution. But, the overall service was very good, and we even had him come back the next week to do some more work.
