I give them five stars for service but zero stars for price. This was the second time I've used Ferrari Plumbing Inc and the same guy was sent. He gave me great service and I loved the job he did. He replaced the guts of a toilet for me but charged one thousand dollars which is ridiculous. I was expecting something closer to three hundred dollars. The parts alone are only about twenty dollars. The job didn't include anything extra like a wax seal or a new shut-off valve. I thought I understood the price upfront but I was obviously mistaken. I plan to follow up with the company to find out more information. It was one gentleman and his assistant. Again, I have no complaints about the service. They did a good job and left the place clean. It was a regular weekday visit and not an emergency call.
