When a pipe in our garage burst, we called a few companies to get someone out to help us. Ferrari Plumbing was the only company that was able to send someone out on that same day, actually within an hour of calling. He came out and promptly fixed the pipe. He was worried that it might burst again so instead of just leaving, he actually took time to study the pipe and propose a solution. He proposed installing a shutoff valve, which has solved the entire issue. So, for just a few more dollars, we were so appreciative that he offered us a long term solution instead of just a quick fix.
