Ferrari Plumbing has done 3 emergency repairs for me. His willingness to come when there is an emergency at no extra charge, like at 2 A.M., is greatly appreciated. His follow up is excellent, and if he sees something nearby that needs a little tweaking, he will do it at no extra charge.

One time he replaced a disposable sink that was obviously broken at our house. We had never been able to get the full force on the hot water side of that sink. He noticed the issue, took it apart, made an adjustment, and now for the first time since we bought it, the sink works well. That is what I mean when I say that he pays attention if something is not right.

He makes sure that when he leaves we are totally satisfied. I am really impressed with his response time. The overall experience, from the first call, to the time it took to get out, to the actual work, was far better than anybody we had used before. When he gets to the job the work is excellent and is never rushed or slapped together.
