My experience with Ferrari Plumbing was very good. They answered the phone the first time I called them, so I did not have to leave a message for them to all me back, which I don't mind but it is nice to receive prompt service. They scheduled me for the same week and the guy who came out was very professional and he was dressed professionally. He explained all the things he need to do, but my husband was not there, so he agreed to reexplain everything to him later rather than having me do it.

The job turned out to be bigger than we expected because we have older plumbing, and in doing one thing, other things were affected. But instead of rescheduling when the scope of the project changed, he continued working so the job was finished that day. I have already recommended them to others.
