Timothy Knight and Scott Beyer were the techs when they re-plumbed our entire 1980s home, they were really easy to deal with, friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and extremely conscientious about putting things back, keeping areas clean, etc. They arrived on time, dressed in company clothing with shirts tucked in and were the consummate professionals. If they are the standard, the standard is pretty high, so, thank you and job well done!
