I was thrilled when he put on the rubber coverings on his shoes to come into the house, that was immediately a big plus. Every time he would go in and out of my house he would take them off on the porch and put them back on when he went back inside. Everything about the way he handled himself was good. He was courteous, and did the job well as far as we can tell. It was a very good experience.
