Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling recently put in a tankless hot water heater for me, and everything was fine. Before that, they had also installed A/C and heating units on my property. I have been using them for five years now as Milton Frank, and before that, I was using another air & heat company that was acquired by them. There's been a tech we've been using now for almost 15 years. They work with me whenever I have an issue, and I have no complaints about the work they provide or the equipment I purchase. I have the preventative maintenance package with them, and they always keep my systems up to date. They also used to have a remodeling part of their business, which I had used to remodel a majority of my house. Their workers are always polite, cordial, and always show up when they say they will. Suffice to say, I have been very pleased with the company.
