I hired Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling to replace a leaking toilet, recently, and it was, overall, a very good experience. To be honest, they were a bit expensive (I've had similar work done, before, and remember it costing quite a bit less), but they did have truly excellent service. They were timely and and competent and I don't have any complaints, at all, about their work. They did an excellent job and were definitely worth recommending!
