I have used Milton Frank Plumbing & Cooling many times. They replaced my commode with one that was a different size and height. When I didn't like the seat, they changed it for a different seat, and didn't charge me. One time we came back from vacation and my other commode was running, so they fixed that for me.

They did a service check on my water heater, and they told me approximately how much longer they thought it would last. I have very hard water, and they talked to me about labor and pricing, and the best way to install a water purifier.

They have also done outdoor faucet repair, and replaced gaskets and knobs. Once I had a sink stopper that was not not working, so I purchased all the parts but I had a difficult time when I tried to fix it myself. They checked it, and told me that it was not built correctly when the sink was installed, so they fixed it for me.

The family lives in the area and they have good sense of community. They are very kind and helpful with the things they do. They give great service, and they really go the extra mile.

The pricing is good, but I have never checked on prices that other companies charge, so I don't know how to compare it. Overall, I am happy with their service.
