Great Customer Service, Problem with Feedback though
I like the guy that Video City sent out. He was very knowledgeable and articulate. He really worked hard and took his time. I do have a new problem that came up, however. I have a DVD/CD player and the problem is, when he went through it, he showed us how to get to it. It came up right, but at the time it didn't have anything in the players. When I turn it on with a DVD or CD now, I have a lot of feedback noise. I've never had it before and I don't know where it is coming from. I have not called back yet to see if they will come out for it. Overall, they were very nice. I had problems with the directions and called back. One of the gents in the office worked with me and tried to look it up. They couldn't find it, and I told them that it wasn't life or death. I asked John to call me but I fixed it before he had to. I just need the feedback problem solved now.
