The inspector did his inspection and found no evidence of termite activity or damage. He advised me to watch outside along the perimeter of the home and inside along the bottom of the walls for termite activity and if found to notify Pro-techs immediately. At that time they would come out and do treatment. They will come out yearly and do required inspection. At this time the warranty fee is $125.00. No treatment cost until termite activity has been identified and treatment is required.
