Andrew took the time to accurately measure the existing equipment and recommend the right toilet for our home which is an 1920's house. He odered and installed the new toilet within 2.5 hours. I expected quite a bit longer given the age of the plumbing. He ensured he protected the walkways to the bathroom. Everything was cleaned upon his departure. Would unconditionally recommend Norblom.
