Jim just left after locating and repairing the source of a leak in our living room ceiling. He was a super sleuth and discovered that our builder had failed to put nail plates behind the drain tubing in the master bathroom and had punctured the tube with the 2-inch finishing nails used on the trim in the master closet. He supported us taking pictures to send to the builder (even though the house was built 9 years ago). This resulted in the builder agreeing to reimburse us for the service and offer to come repair the drywall. Jim could have moved slowly once he knew the cost was being covered by the builder, but worked super-efficiently the entire time and the entire process start to finish took only 2.5 hours (which included having another Norblum truck drive out parts to save us from having to have water shut off for much longer). Jim was super friendly and cleaned up when he was done. I would definitely use Norblum again. He also spoke very highly of the company and the owner.
