I was looking to purchase a trailer through RV Wholesalers. They seem to have really good prices. Luckily I found their Google reviews page before going through with the purchase. I did make the mistake of giving them a deposit which they refuse to refund. I explained to them that after reading their reviews there was no way I was going to do business with them.

Based on their reviews, they can't deliver products within a timely manner.For example, 6 month delivery time was given for some trailers and customers are only responded to after posting bad reviews. They practice shady deals asking for people to sign agreements before they are approved for financing. I was told by the sales manager that they have excellent customer service, however their reviews state that people can't get in touch with them and most of their warranty claims are denied.

I don't understand how anyone can run a company like this. Stay far away from RV Wholesalers.
