When we purchased an RV from RV Wholesalers they were not true to their word. From ordering the unit to warranty work I would not recommend anyone to take the risk of the hassle, stress and disappointment. After ordering a 2022 & receiving a 2021, taking 6 weeks to get information back just to order, with an increase cost of $13, 000 dollars in this process to their service department's inability to fix issues and actually making things worse, we were fortunate to have our RV sent back to the factory. The factory was in disbelief with our experience with RV Wholesalers and worked timely and efficiently to resolve our 29 issues. We are now dealing with another dealership in the Piqua, OH area that has been wonderful in helping us and the factory resolve our nightmares with RVW. The public should also be aware that the owner of RV Wholesalers stated in an email to us that the locks to units are universal and that people off the street come on their premises and use these keys to enter people's units. To learn this was alarming and even more alarming when we had changed our security lock, so it was not a factory one and RV Wholesalers was the only one with a set of keys. We could not understand why we had items missing and our furniture had been vandalized with boot footprints all over our cloth furniture. If you do purchase an RV, please make sure the air pressure in the tires are sufficient, as my husband questioned it upon observation when originally picked up, was told the tires had been checked. When we got unit to our barn was significantly below needed air pressure and could have cause us a horrible accident. It is a shame they quote Biblical Passages, but are very untrue to their word. My God would not approve of such practice.
