At first, we were very happy with RV wholesalers. The entire deal was worked out over the phone. They even delivered to my home on NEW YORK STATE. We purchased the extended warranty and we’re told it was the best warranty money could buy and it was almost the equivalent of a bumper to bumper warranty! From what I understand, the service is excellent if you live nearby and can take it back to them. HOWEVER, if you hit out of state, first off you need to tack on a $250 deductible onto any service call, before they are allowed to do anything! You have to be pre-approved any service work at an area service dealer near you. This is where everything goes down hill! Plan on adding on at least 2 days for any service work. We had a seam start leaking in our roof! Guess what, seams aren’t covered by this excellent warranty! So if you get a roof leak and even if it was a defect, you’re still obligated to pay the full amount. The WiFi ranger also not included in that excellent warranty. In fact, we had a bunch of issues and the only thing that was covered, was the AC unit, which was actually covered by the manufacturer (being Coleman, not the camper warranty). With all the issues we had, that so excellent warranty that was supposed to be almost as good as a bumper to bumper warranty, didn’t end up covering anything! If you are inclined to purchase from RV wholesalers, you better live nearby so they can take care of it. If you live out of state; do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Believe, it will be worth your money.
