They where very busy, we waited over an hour after our scheduled appointment time to see someone. We should have been greeted when arriving and explained in detail what was going to happen. The walk thorough of the RV was okay. It could have been more detailed, since this was out first time buying a travel trailer.. Over all we excepted a little more attention. Our state requires an inspection of the RV for registration. Upon inspection it was found the wheel bearings where also most totally dry and missing grease. This got have caused a major accident. Very disappointed.
