I have purchased 7 units from them plus sent many friends there, believe me I know what i,am doing, have any of my unit had a problem, answer yes and so does all RV s, when I have a problem I call them and politely ask, for warranty or service, never have a problem ,plus I seriously doubt you will find a better price
