In 2013 after much searching I purchased a new Rockwood Roo from this company. I was very pleased with the way I was treated before, during, and after the sale. Within a year some warranty work was required. Since I had to take time off of work to get this done they were very accommodating in setting up a time to get it done in a one day visit. But unfortunately this unit was totaled when we were cut off in traffic. I was treated so well the first time I didn't even consider any other dealer than RV Wholesalers for our new RV purchase. They have great Christian values and it shows. My 2018 Heritage Glen is just what we wanted. My sales rep Heather was very helpful and patient as she showed me several other similar units just to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. A couple of glitched occurred this time but they corrected any issues very well. One was that when we went to pick it up we were not able to due to the hitch I ordered was not there. It came the next day and they delivered the unit and the hitch to my home free of charge. The other one I was not even aware of until they called me. I had a damaged chair in my unit that I didn't know about till they called me to verify where to send the replacement chair to. At my age I hope this will be the last RV I buy, but will return to Rv- wholesales again if the need would arrive.
