RV Wholesalers

RV Wholesalers only cares about money

In 2005 I used RV Wholesalers to purchase a new rv and have it delivered it was a great experience this one not so much. I ordered a brand new 2018 Nitro XLR from RV wholesalers to be delivered to my home on August 11, 2017 so that I would be able to use it for work as I travel. I told my salesperson I would need the unit by September 14, 2017 due to that being the date I would be starting a new project. RV wholesalers was great up until my financing was approved. I called on September 11, 2017 to verify my unit would be delivered by September 14th I was informed it was not out of the factory yet and would be delayed until the 15th or 16th I was definitely not happy with the situation as I needed it for work I was told they would try to get it out sooner and then the issues came. I was unable to get in touch with anyone on the phone it would take til the next day for anyone to return a call. Well, needless to say it arrived on September 17th with a laundry list of issues. The transport company unloaded it put down the leveling jacks and left. I tried to explain I would like to check out the unit and he said he needed to get back to Ohio to pick up another unit. I understand it isn't his issue but, I was unwilling to except the RV in the condition it came. There are 2 A/C units, one of which does not work, one of the roof vents was broken and the handle laying in the rear loft bed, I requested a rear electric awning that is not there, I was supposed to receive a screen porch for the toy hauler ramp which is not there, the couch is not the couch I ordered, none of the doors to include toy hauler ramp close correctly. I ordered a Directv satellite system to be installed which is in a box in the toy hauler portion and many other similar issues. I called right away to inform my salesman who said he would send it to warranty in the morning. I still had to make a portion of my down payment. I am unable to use the camper as it is and am now incurring hotel expenses, and am being told I will need to take the camper somewhere to be fixed. I have received numerous calls daily about the down payment and have explained I will be more than happy to pay it as soon as I receive the unit I ordered even though a week ago I could barely get in touch with them. The way I see it none of these issues are warranty work as it should have been inspected for quality before it was sent out, why should I be responsible for taking it to be repaired when I am the one who is out.
