Very bad warranty department
I have been trying to get a part on a chair replaced since May 8th, it is now July 6th. I always hear we are doing our best, I get a response once every two weeks with no results. I paid an extra fee for an extended warranty that I was told I could take anywhere in the US and RV Wholesalers would pay them with a credit card, not true. They can't even handle the one year warranty don't trust them on the extended warranty.
