I had asked for the expel to be replaced, as it had started bubbling on the job that was done the previous year (7 months)I showed the tech what I wanted. I come to pick my car up at 3pm, and had to wait till 4:30. While I'm waiting for my car to be finished with the detailing; the young kid who was detailing my car, just walked away from my car, hopped on his bike and was going home for the day. He had to be reached on his cell phone, to come back and finish the job. About 15 mins later he shows up with a bad attitude, and doesn't wanna even finish detailing my car. After I seen this, I didn't even want him touching my car. Once the car is brought out into the sunlight, I see that the expel they pulled off my car, had peeled off my paint. I was told this happens, and there's always that risk. I still had tree sap on the roof of my car, that was there when I brought my car in, for a supposed "mini Ming"..... I will never deal with Ming, or refer them to anyone. Very unprofessional.
