Purchased smart program through Audi dealer, had car in for extended repairs and sugested they look at scratches above and 3M clearcoat damage @ drivers rear wheel,also wanted paint chips on hood looked at. They stated i did not have coverage.
Found smart program info and called # supplied, lady i spoke with was great. Was informed i had top coverage and appointment booked.
Dropped car off 1 hr early ,spoke with Christian, he would bring car in to warm up.
Back 2 hrs later, car ready to go. Christian stated it was the best he could do(so so) and when i asked about hod chip repairs he told me i did not have coverage for that.
I had all info on plan with me and showed him, was asked if i wanted to bring the car in to warm up again but i did not have the time. Disappointed
I was aware that i may not have gotten everything repaired but but least i wanted the chips documented as only so many are repaired per yr. I have 11 aproximately 1/8" on the hood.
Now i have to wait till i a, in edmonton to deal with this.
