Scheduling was easy and not pompus.
Service was quick and not padded with, "leave it here for today, or all afternoon, it went in, got fixed, came out. 45 min. A competitor estimated 7 hours of labour to perform the same repair and more than double the price. Maybe it would have been a little better since the dent was in a difficult place, but for value for service this was a very acceptable compromise.
Electronic appt confirmation was fine. Perhaps a couple too many messages, but fine anyways.
