Had detail cleaning completed
Friendly, attentive in setting up appointment and followup before appointment, good customer service from the fellow managing things - remembered me from an earlier visit, commented on something I had said earlier which says he was listening.
Unfortunately while my car had been cleaned and finished by the agreed to time on Thursday, I wasn't able to pick it up until the day after (Friday).
I phoned in advance but was informed that unless I was there to pick up the car before closing time on Friday, I would have to wait until Monday in order to pick the car up. While I didn't say anything at the time, I was very disappointed that there couldn't have been some creative and thoughtful way that I might have been able to get the car.
That's what I would consider to be great customer service. As it happens waiting the weekend was an annoyance. Further, on Monday morning when I asked if someone could pick me up to bring me back (you do offer this service) I was told there was no way this could happen that morning. Again, if you offer such a service then it should be available. Finally, I was given a discount on further services Ming offers - I had a chip in my front windshield and thought a small repair would be a good way to use the coupon. So when asking about this the fellow managing said no initially, that he would have to ask the fellow doing the repairs. Why? Is this not a service that Ming provides - why provide a limit on a future purchase, especially when there was no limit or hesitation on my part to pay some $350 for your services.
