Original appointment made to have 3M protection and undercoating done. Was notified after the vehicle was dropped off that they could not do the undercoating due to the size of the vehicle. When the service was scheduled they knew what vehicle they were dealing with.
When I picked up my vehicle I was told that they could not wash it due to being too busy.
