I was there as part of my FORD insurance for scratch/dent repair. After the repair, I could still see a big bump of paint/glue on the spot. Only the very fine scratches (hairline) are gone. I was told that I have to go to a body shop for bigger scratches. Also, I booked for one spot and found another couple of locations at their shop to be looked after but I was told that I have to book another appointment. Just doesnt make sense. Never going to buy such a insurance in the future. Also, I was told that such an insurance doesnt cover the bumper both front and back, the hood and the top. I had most of the scratches on the bumpers. Such a rip off...
