I had bought a new truck black in color and we'll we all know black shows all. I'm a very picky person and love detail and take great care of my trucks. Being busy at work I had no time to do my own polishing as I normally do. So I thought and heard people talk about Ming shine and how it's guaranteed for 7 year shine which I liked. So I did the research how they heat and condition the paint which I liked and how swirl marks will get taken out for a mirror shine.
Well I got the truck and took it home and there was wax residue on the creases of my hood,doors,tailgate and all over my windshield wipers and the hood plastic cover which I can't get off. Than seeing my truck in the sun the swirl marks were terrible I was sick thinking I just spent 500$ for something I should have done myself very disappointed.
The staff was great and very friendly but I'm sorry I wasted 500$ to get a mirror Ming shine and received the same qaulity I could have done myself. I'll not recommend or take another vehicle there atleast not a black one anyway.
