Accommodating schedule. Easy to arrange alternate transportation while car was being serviced.

We reviewed the two areas that required repair (minor scratches), but when I went to pick up the car, the technician did not do a walk around with me and only one of the two areas was actually repaired. I did not have time to stick around and wait for another service, which adds future inconvenience. I will chalk this one up to a busy day and a lack of communication in the shop. On the bright side, a quote for future work was provided quickly.
