I needed touch up done on a scratch. They did say because it was deep it would not be perfect. I understood that. However their first attempt was with a paint that was not even close and then did a terrible job. It looked like texture on bits and pieces of the scratch and no clearcoat. They agreed and redid it with the proper touch up paint that I went and bought from Ford. Again a very poor job so they touched it up again while watched. It was raining on the car and was told not to worry. Then again no clearcoat added. I came home ver frustrated and basically redid the job myself. Even the small rock chips were terribly done.
