The interior detail they performed was pretty good. There was an ink stain, however, that they managed to smear around instead of removing. I was able to remove it after the fact with rubbing alcohol.
I got up sold on an engine detail which was very poor, still a film of dirt everywhere and some debris easily seen.
They pulled a dent and touched up some scratches also. Turned out pretty good, however it seems they were expecting me to bring my own color match paint, which was never communicated to me when I set up the appointment.
I was overcharged from what I was quoted, which they promptly corrected when I brought it to their attention.
