I had an appointment on July 22 for the Ming shine used car package with interior cleaning on a black 2001 C5 Corvette. Prior to my appointment I stopped at the North Edmonton location and went over the vehicle with a technician identifying some problem areas.

I was told that all scratches in the clear coat would be fixed during the process and some areas of water stains would be easily corrected. I was very happy with the time the tech took to identify what could be fixed and some of the areas that the process would not improve.

When I picked up the car, everything looked great and I was very pleased with the interior cleaning. However after the first wash and dry and closer look (with a new microfiber towel) I noticed there was lots wax left on areas and ridges of the car, of which I cleaned. I also noticed that it had appeared some areas of the car had not been polished at allthere was still water spotting stains in the areas I had identified and the paint still had a rough texture. Most of the paint looked like it had not been polished at all due to the rough texture and significant amount of fine scratches.

I understand that the vehicle is a used vehicle that is black in color. However, if the process was done correctly I should not have the amount of light scratches and spots that I currently do (especially after 3 stage cutting/polish procedure as claimed). This is a very disappointing result, especially for the fact that I allowed two full days to complete the process as so the job was done right.
