My vehicle was scheduled for many small scratch repairs (SMART Program). Over the phone I was told it could not all be done on the same day. This was discouraging. However, the vehicle was actually ready 3 hours after it was dropped off. When I went to pick it up, I noticed one small scratch that was missed. It took them 10 -15 minutes to fix it. Overall we are very happy with the service and repairs received.
