Southside Ming: The manager did not do what we contracted to do and when I pointed it out he was getting defensive and irritated. I wanted to replace my 12" 3M with a 24' 3M (also do some touch up paint). When I went to pick up the vehicle, he had replaced it with a 12" 3M, when I asked, he indicated that the machine will not do a 24" for my car! Which is not true (4 other shops indicated that they would)! I don't appreciate being lied to and what prevented him from calling me if he could not do what we agreed to do. I basically paid for what I already had (in the end he gave me a $100 refund) but that does not account for the $300 I still had to pay.
